Student Admissions

Admission Information

Enrollment is OPEN for 2025-2026

Applications are processed first-come, first-served.

Process

Rogue Christian Academy practices a biblical philosophy of admissions, not discriminating based on race, color, or ethnic origin. Upon completion of the application, entrance exams are administered to new students in K - 10th gradean, after the completion of the entrance exam, an interview may be arranged. The administration will make the enrollment decision.  Students enrolling in Pre School and Pre Kindergarten will not have an entrance exam, but will have a meet & greet with Mrs. Bars to ensure correct placement and best fit.

Student Requirements:

  • A child must be five years old by September 1 of the fall in which he/she would be entering Kindergarten. Some transfer students may be admitted to a lower grade than was anticipated. Our goal is the student’s long-term success as opposed to automatic promotion based on age.

Parent Requirements:

  • At least one parent of the applicant must profess faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, and express belief in and agreement with the Rogue Christian Academy Statement of Faith.

  • In addition to this, parents should have a clear understanding of the Biblical philosophy and purpose of Rogue Christian Academy. This understanding includes a willingness to have their child exposed to the clear Protestant teaching (not forced indoctrination) of the school's Statement of Faith in various and frequent ways within the school's program. The parents shall be willing to cooperate with all the written policies of Rogue Christian Academy.

Procedures

Open enrollment for prospective students begins March 1. Placement tests will be administered on May 1. Upon review of the placement test, parents may be notified to schedule their family interview. Administration will notify the family of acceptance within three business days following the family interview. Family interviews will not be scheduled before placement test results. This will ensure that families will have the student’s results and be able to discuss the best steps forward for the student at the family interview.

If you have any questions or would like to schedule a tour, please reach out to Mrs. Smith, r.smith@roguechristianacademy.org.
